The main categories that we work with are olives, oils, artichokes, peppers, tomatoes and antipasti to name a few.
To add to our range we have recently teamed up with H&T Feinkost in Germany to distribute a range of sweet cured peppers, patty pans and the original Peppadew pepper with cheese in a variety of options. The cure used in production offers a sweet and piquant flavour. Endless uses as an ingredient or in manufacturing, alternatively eat straight from the tin!
We are able to personalise certain products, cheese can be flavoured to your specification in the stuffed Peppadew peppers and the diced and pureed product can be customised for batch size to prevent wastage or to be more user friendly - just ask us!
We are also able to source private labels products if required.
